We are a responsive small solicitors firm ready to assist you.
The firm was founded by Tim Tiverton after he had spent a decade advising businesses of all sizes on their commercial and business needs. Having spent much time in the UK and Europe, he realised that there was little support offered to small and medium-sized UK enterprises at an affordable price with an approach that was sympathetic to their needs and realities that they faced.
Alice Tranter also spent time in industry advising corporates of all sizes and wanted to ensure that private individuals could also access the same high-quality legal support that was often out of reach to all but private business.
Together, they then formed Tiverton & Co Solicitors with a focus in Surbiton, which lacked the niche, affordable, responsive and friendly high street law firm that they wished to offer.
Our clients benefit from a unique relationship with us where they can be assured that they will always speak to the same person, who will always remember them and their case, and will always receive advice that is tailored to both them, and their personal needs.
